How to Build Courage
1) Ask yourself these questions
a) How can I transform my life courageously ?
b) What is that I really want to do but never had to the courage to do ?
c) Which act of courage do I need to practise on a daily basis ? What is of importance to me ?
2) make a list of your values, goals and dreams on an Index card
3) Write down the outcome, the benefits you will get from achieving those dreams
4) Practice these three items daily
5) Accept responsibility for your actions and behavior.
